Tickets are available on February 12, and February 19 before and after Mass.

Tickets are $5.00 each or $15 per family
All proceeds to St. Patrick’s Parish all are welcome to attend!

Jan. 14 winner was Carol Fenton $198.00 The card drawn was the 2 of diamonds. (20% of sales)

The next Jackpot will be $2,471.plus 30% of that day sales. The owner of the winning ticket will get 20% of the days sales plus the chance to pick the card for the jackpot.

Tickets 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 7 for $20. Next Saturday, Jan. 28th we will again be selling tickets at the Young Street Superstore starting from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm. The usual Sunday ticket sale times are 11:00am to 1:00pm with the ticket draw at 1:15pm. 

You do not have to be present for the draw to still win. However only the winner can pick up the prize.

Chase the Ace & Parish Fall Fair

Chase the Ace license # AGD-101936-16 continues this weekend, September 25th. This weekends jackpot is $9,163.50 plus 30% of sales.
Tickets $1 for $5; 3 for $10; 7 for $20. tickets for sale in the hall 11:15 am to 1:15 pm Ticket draw at 1:30 pm. You do not have to be present for the draw to still win. However only the winner can pick up the prize.
Please join us in the hall after Mass if you have questions, meet friends, buy a ticket. Thank you for the support for this important fun raiser.

will take place on Saturday, October 1st 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the church hall. Tickets for the lunch of chili/biscuit; apple crisp; tea/coffee; hot dogs for the children are available at the back of the church $8 each for adults $20 per family.
Venues for the Fair:
Craft Table – Colleen Doucette is the convenor; donations of new crafts would be greatly appreciated. 
Book Table – donations of good condition novels are welcome.  No text books please.
Bake Table – Cheryl Delaney is convenor; donations are requested; jams and preserves would be welcomed.
Cake Walk – Loly Crowley is convening the children’s cake walk; donations of cakes are needed.
Face-Painting – A volunteer is needed for this children’s activity. Please contact Michele O’Neill if you can help.

INDOOR YARD SALE

Attention all Students there will be a yard sale today in the Parish Hall kitchenware, art, records, misc items to be sold. Time 12 noon to 2 pm. (new items have arrived) All are welcome to attend.

There was an error in the Chronicle Herald saying that we were having a blueberry supper, this weekend this is not true!

Donations of school supplies needed!

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul will be collecting donations of school supplies for the children in our community. Donations can be left in the designated basket at the back of the church from Aug. 14-28. Your generosity last year helped many children start the school year with new backpacks and other items necessary for learning. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Halifax Music Co-op (HMC) Orchestra Presents

Halifax Music Co-op brings together its orchestra and two choirs, along with friends from the community, to perform Mahler’s second symphony. With the listener the HMC will start in the murky darkness of this symphony and travel through intense folk melodies and late romantic passion until the final moment in the last movement, bringing together all the forces in the triumphant march towards life.
